Ultra Undermount Gate Roller

Ultra Slide Heavy Duty Undermount Gate Rollers are manufactured to carry a load of 500kg per pair, while maintaining an ultra-smooth slide with minimal rolling resistance.

Ultra Gate Rollers have been subjected to extensive testing at maximum load and are manufactured with the finest materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, nylon and sealed bearings to ensure longevity and corrosion resistance.

When coupled with our anodised, hardened alloy gate track, an ultra-smooth slide is achieved. They are ideally suited to applications where low rolling resistance and reduced stress on your gate motor is required.

Ultra Slide Undermount Gate Rollers make use of a 6063T solid aluminium roller of 70mm diameter and two press fitted stainless steel sealed bearings. Each bearing is connected to the aluminium casing by a 12mm stainless steel shaft which is secured in position by two stainless steel E clips. The overall size of the roller is 130mm by 80mm and has 8 fixing points. When coupled with our track system the total height of roller on track is 100mm.
