Hardcoat is applied to your stainless steel, brass, aluminium or metal component. The item must be supplied disassembled, or will need to be disassembled prior to coating. Your components cannot contain any plastics, or parts that will melt below 200°C. The components of your part will be lightly bead blasted and cleaned with a solvent to prepare them for coating.
The component is then coated with an ultra-thin (12 to 25 micron) layer of paint and oven cured at 200°C. Once cured the component will be re-assembled and tested for operation.
